Gordon Whewell

Gordon Whewell is an experienced senior leader with a proven track record working for leading blue chip companies, majoring in Sales and Marketing within the ‘Business to Business’ and ‘FMCG’ markets. Roles include senior management, strategic planning, training and people development, and project leadership.   • Developed and delivered comprehensive field training programmes for FMCG clients. Including Train the Trainer workshops, introducing field training manuals and implementing formal sales induction processes.
  • Developed and delivered fully integrated sales training strategies within B2B businesses, this included core skills development, team appraisal, induction programmes for all sales roles, creating and leading field training team.
  • Developed and led company-wide product knowledge training within Blue Chip companies. Initially developed for all sales teams, training expanded to include all production, distribution, finance, legal, administration support and technical departments.
