Tim joined Imparta in November 2009 as Head of the Design and Delivery team and sits on the Imparta Executive Team.
He has responsibility for the creation of interventions including: all e-learning, Sales Content, Leadership Development and Change Management.
Additionally, Tim has responsibility for the Imparta internal and external faculty including: recruitment and selection, certification, client casting and quality control processes.
Prior to joining Imparta, Tim spent 16 years working for GE in a variety of Sales and Learning Leader roles including:
Tim has extensive experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of learning interventions and has provided training across the globe to many diverse groups including locations such as:
Prior to Tim’s sixteen year GE career he worked for North West Securities as a Business Development Manager.
Prior to North West Securities, Tim worked for Avco Trust and HFC Bank, holding both Sales and Branch Manager positions with responsibility for customer service, lending, underwriting and debt recovery.
Tim is studied Business Studies at Birmingham City University and is Six-Sigma Quality certified. He lives with his wife Karen and their daughter Amy.
