Tony Park

Tony works with clients to design and facilitate collaborative change efforts and to transfer the skills needed to overcome organisational challenges. After a ten-year career with General Electric, Tony combines a pragmatic approach with his background in leading edge corporate environments to facilitate change and deliver solutions that make a difference.

Tony has worked as a trainer, assessor, facilitator and coach with a wide variety of organisations across Eastern and Western Europe, the United States and Australasia. In his ongoing training and facilitation work, Tony brings the power of collaborative action to groups and organisations by:
