When founder Richard Barkey started Imparta in 1997, the goal was to provide an antidote to an industry that was – and remains – focused on delivering events rather than results.
Online tutorials accelerate learning and save workshop time for applying knowledge. See demo at:
i-coach.com
Ongoing learning should ideally be offered to the user exactly when and where they need it – while they are working on their day-to-day tasks
Attendees are given ongoing access to the theory used for pre-work (online, on CD, in a mobile format and even on paper). These resources can be linked directly to the application tools, allowing users to seek help at the point of need.
The tools also incorporate an online facility for asking questions of (or getting feedback from) Imparta’s subject matter experts.
Our i-Coach site can host shared success stories, providing new learning about best practice application of the relevant skills from across your organisation.
Traffic to the site is stimulated through brief but regular communications, including follow-up calls, quizzes and surveys, to identify ongoing learning needs and keep the new skills at “top of mind”;
