Training is easy to do, but hard to do well. Imparta has invested a decade and millions of pounds in creating blended learning approaches, content and supporting technology that can deliver measurable results as part of a capability building® initiative.
Our training is highly experiential, reflecting the fact that people learn new skills through practise and reflection. Our philosophy can be traced back to Carl Jung’s work on learning styles, but is perhaps best embodied in David Kolb’s experiential learning cycle:
